After much pain and suffering and wallpaper scraping and washing and priming and painting, here is our re-done kitchen! Lighting fixtures are still waiting to be installed, but I'm just so thrilled to have the color done, it feels like I'm finished. And I am, for tonight!

This isn't a very good "before" picture. It doesn't show enough of the hideously dull and old wallpaper, but you can kind of see it. In the food prep area it was a beige background with little brown and blue sprigs on it, and in the eating area it was beige with little garlands of blue and brown flowers. Ew. The curtains are in the trash now.
